Shoreline Engineering provides marine and civil engineering and permitting services throughout Florida and along the Alabama and Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our marine practice serves clients across the entire state, from the Panhandle to South Florida, with specialized expertise in docks, seawalls, dredging, shoreline stabilization, marinas, and other waterfront projects.

Our civil practice supports public and private sector clients with stormwater, transportation, site development, and infrastructure design, with much of this work concentrated in Northwest Florida. From our Pensacola office, we work closely with local governments, developers, architects, contractors, and other project partners to move projects efficiently from concept through construction.

Across both our marine and civil practices, we have extensive experience navigating local, state, and federal permitting requirements. Whether we are helping a waterfront property owner secure state and federal approvals for a complex marine project or designing and permitting infrastructure improvements, we provide practical, responsive, and cost-effective solutions grounded in technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and clear communication.
